Common questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My data isn't syncing across devices.
Check that iCloud Drive is enabled for the app in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud. It may take a few minutes for changes to propagate.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
